How do I change the group type on Workplace?

You must be an admin of the group in order to change the group type.
To change the group type:
  1. Go to your group and click More below the group's cover photo.
  2. Click Admin Options.
  3. Click Compose next to Group Type.
  4. Select a group type, then click Save.
